Packages of YumEarth products that use a processing aid containing gluten-free wheat starch (for the molding process) are now labeled: CONTAINS WHEAT**The wheat has been processed to allow this food to meet the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements for gluten-free foods. The gluten-free wheat starch is used in the molding process.There is no wheat ingredient used in the product formula.

Our manufacturing facilities comply with FDA regulations, which require Allergen Control programs to prevent allergen cross-contact of the top allergens. Part of the allergen controls includes dedicated allergen-free equipment or a full clean post-allergen production and testing using allergen-specific test kits.
